Welcome to the North Coast Control Liners (NCCL) website!

 

Our site is divided into five main areas as found directly to the right.  You will find related topics within each area.

 

2008 Contests Schedule

We have several contests and events planned for the 2009 season.  Please make check our Calendar of Events for all dates and times.

 

The 9th Annual Stunt Contest is being planed for September 2009.  Watch here for announcements.

 


Finding Your Way Around
Welcome Center

The Welcome Center area (this area) contains information about our site and the various facilities within.  You'll find information "about us", how to "contact us" and information about your privacy while viewing this site or contacting us.

The Information Center area contains a schedule of events, maps to our meeting and flying locations as well as our club's flying site safety and operational rules.  Planned for this area is our membership application, our newsletter archive as well as general building and flying information.

The Photo Gallery area contains photos of various "projects", aircraft, club events as well as photos taken at other flying fields.  Instructions are provided on uploading photos.  All photos have been submitted by members of the North Coast Control Liners.  You'll find information on general use of the gallery including photo uploading, gallery requirements and restrictions.  There is also information pertaining to  member and visitor gallery registration.  Visitors are welcome to see the great aircraft and fun!

The Resource Center area is a wealth of links to sites pertaining to various aspects of model aircraft building and flying as well as aviation in general.  You'll also find resources for materials and equipment suppliers as well as manufacturer information.

The Members Only area as its title suggest requires membership to NCCL.  Availability for this area is planned for mid 2007.

Catch a Meeting!

The North Coast Control Liners meet the 3rd Tuesday of each month during the winter months.  Winter meetings are held at the Parma Heights Public Library on Pearl Road.  Meetings start promptly at 7:00 PM.  Guests are welcome to check us out!

 

 

Summer Meeting Schedule

The summer 2008 meeting schedule starts May 20th.  The meeting will be held on the third Tuesday of the month after the flying sessions conclude (after sundown) at the Bagley Road Burger King.  Please check the online schedule for all meeting dates and times.

 

 

Dues Due

Inflation has finally hit NCCL.  Yearly dues are now $20.00...  And it's due!

SAFETY TIP:  Crashes & Repairs -  Fix it or discard it.  Always have someone else inspect the plane after repairs.  You may have missed something critical.  Don't forget to do a pull test! - Dave Evar (Safety Officer)
